2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use eSIMBox products or services for any of the following:

  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Accessing, transmitting, or distributing illegal content, including child exploitation material
  • Engaging in fraud, identity theft, phishing, or other deceptive practices
  • Circumventing government-mandated content restrictions in violation of local law

2.2 Unauthorized Commercial Use

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing eSIM QR codes or activation details to third parties
  • Using eSIM plans to provide commercial internet access or hotspot services to paying customers
  • Operating a business that relies on eSIMBox data plans without prior written authorization
  • Bulk purchasing eSIM plans for resale without an authorized reseller agreement

2.3 Network Abuse

  • Using the eSIM connection to conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via email, SMS, or any other medium
  • Port scanning, network probing, or any unauthorized network reconnaissance
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any computer system, network, or data
  • Transmitting malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other malicious code

2.4 Excessive or Abusive Usage

  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate excessive data traffic that degrades network performance for other users
  • Tethering or hotspot sharing in a manner that exceeds fair use thresholds set by the underlying network operator
  • Attempting to bypass data caps, throttling, or fair use policies of the network provider

2.5 Misuse of eSIM Technology

  • Attempting to clone, duplicate, or transfer an eSIM profile to another device
  • Reverse-engineering or tampering with eSIM QR codes or activation credentials
  • Using an eSIM plan in a country or region not covered by the purchased plan
  • Sharing your eSIM QR code with others after installation

3. Fair Use Policy

Some eSIM plans offered by eSIMBox may be subject to fair use policies imposed by the underlying network operators. This means that while a plan may be advertised as "unlimited," speeds may be reduced after a certain data threshold is reached during a billing period.

Fair use thresholds and throttling policies vary by plan and region. These details will be disclosed in the plan description at the time of purchase where applicable.

4. Content Standards
