eSIMBox offers digital eSIM data plans for use in various countries and regions worldwide. All products are:
- Delivered digitally via email as a QR code or activation code
- Subject to the data allowance, validity period, and coverage area specified at the time of purchase
- Compatible only with eSIM-enabled, carrier-unlocked devices
- For personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in writing
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders & Payment
4.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected eSIM plan. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. eSIMBox does not store your full payment card details.
4.4 Failed Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and no eSIM will be delivered. Please contact your bank or payment provider to resolve the issue, then retry your order.
5. Delivery
All eSIM products are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant to within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address. eSIMBox is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer. For full delivery details, please refer to our Digital Delivery Policy.
6. Device Compatibility & Customer Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to verify that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before placing an order. eSIMBox provides compatibility information as a general guide, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device model or firmware version.
eSIMBox is not liable for:
- Activation failures due to a carrier-locked or incompatible device
- Network performance issues caused by local carrier infrastructure
- Loss of data due to device malfunction, factory reset, or accidental eSIM deletion
- Inability to use the eSIM due to travel restrictions or local regulations
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our eSIM products and website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Resell, redistribute, or share eSIM QR codes or activation details with third parties
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or duplicate eSIM profiles
- Use our services in a way that violates the terms of the underlying network operator
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website or services
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our website without prior written consent
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your access to our services without refund.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, all sales are generally final once the eSIM QR code or activation details have been delivered. Refunds are only available under specific eligible circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Cancellations are only possible before the eSIM has been delivered. Once the QR code has been sent to your email, the order cannot be cancelled.
